The Oil-Mill
The oil-mill belong to our family since 1884!
Nothing is changed…we mantain the same TRADITIONAL PROCESS with MILLSTONES and we follow with the same attention and passion, like our ancestors, all of the phases of the oil’s production, to obtain a product of high-grade.
We only mill olives of our groves around Ferentillo; the most important cultivar is called MORAIOLO.

Our extravirgin olive-oil is bottled and labelled only by hands!
Familiar Museum
Tradition, past, culture
Near the oil mill, we have created a small museum with a various old objects of our family, since 1800 to our days!
It’s possible visit the museum in a specific didactic ways and live again the past and traditions…
Room-Tasting
T o exalt our oil’s flavour
This room burn in a old olive store.
It’s a close, small and reserved room with a big old fireplace, where you can can taste our extra virgin olive oil and old recipes of our family with only the products of our BIOLOGICAL FARM: vegetables, salts pork, cheeses, pasta, oil, wine…All is served in old dishes, glass and over old embradered table cloths.

Family Farm since 1884
The Farm LA DRUPA put halfway between Marmore Water Falls and Cascia-Norcia, in the small country of FERENTILLO.
Like a picture, Ferentillo is entirely overhung from the imposigolive groves, to testimony of the agricultural vocation of the place; and just in this country that our family undertake in the production of EXTRAVIRGIN OLIVE OIL for over a century.
